Its not halal, but that not the question here. I have been to hooters several times. Lets say a LOT of times. I don't see anything wrong with it. I wouldn't mind going with my husband if we could eat the food there.
Girls dressed in short shorts are just representing the "hooter culture." We go there... order... enjoy the wings.. curly fries and soda.. That's it. Nothing wrong with that.

yeah I know. The girls to me are just average looking girls who are doing their jobs to pay their bills/school tuition or just to earn some extra income. Why would my husband look at them??! I don't get intimidated at all. If I was, it should start from his workplace. I've been there with friends who are more involved in the conversation we were having then looking at any girl. We treat is just like any other food places we go to. Btw, the girls most ppl think are showing their legs in short shorts.. NO.. they are wearing skin color tights that look like smooth silky legs.
