Even the URDU ADAB has a lot of stuff on these matters. They wont be writing novels about it if it wasn't happening in the society.
If you have any doubts, read some books by Saadat hasan Manto or Ismat Chughtai
yes...you are right but saadat hassan manto..asmat chugtai..and rajindar singh baidi are famous notorious in Uryaniat and fahashi..i will say it...so you can expect this thing from them...but by and large..hardly ..hardly...1 out of 1 million or even more is under such disease....atlest in Pakistan..i know..india also made film on that..but was banned.....
