In a coooker? For channay ki daal? Are you sure? I ended up using 5 cups for 1 cup daal, didn’t need to add any extra water.

Just kidding , I wanted to have fun at the cost of a daal blonde. I am not a daal khor so I do not know daal to water ration, but I do know that yes if you use 9 cup of water and one cup of daal you can use this daal to wash your face.
