I suggest you do not let your husband touch you - 'root jao'. Just say FIL ney fir meri besti kar di, mera mood kharab ho gaya hei.
Deprive & punish him everytime your FIL is rude to you. One day the penny will drop & he'll talk to his dad, Till then - no talk no s*x.
