Greek philosophy has influenced Islam this was incorrect the purpose of greek philosophy and the interaction of islam was to refute the ideas, unfortunatly some muslims lost sight of the purpose and became enchanted with the greek philospophies and in one instance a group arose Al-Mu'tazzilah as a result of this adventure.
