We have been criticizing army after every incident but what is govt’s role?
Let say Army is not doing their job efficiently. Cant govt step up and take a lead in appointing their own representatives to investigate the security lapse and negligence?

Establishment say NAP is not implemented by GOVT.
Govt say establishment is not willing to follow it.
As for as I know Govt hava a larger role of socializing and bringing the war affected areas into mainstream. What are govt’s effort for Wazirastan?
Govt also have responsibility of educating masses for correct version of Islam as you cant just tell people stop practicing Islam instead, you would correct things.
Govt also have responsibility to organize festivals and cultural events to prevent youth from radicalizing, where are those efforts?
Yes Yes and Yes but first Govt’s resppnsibility was to stabilize country, put the finances on right track, and get the country moving in some direction. Education of masses do not happen overnight, and if the country is not getting economically better you get IBA graduate target killers. Today’s Pakistan is better than that of 2013, things are improving. there is no light switch here and it doesnt help when a General in quest for extention or his institute is playing dirty games against elected Govt, It doesnt help when a lunatic who lost elections every other day is barking and threating and it doesnt help when Army Chief visits US 6 times, F 16s are denied and Govt is still blamed for Foreign policy failure. Establishment has every thing they want and more, power, money and weapons, only if they have will to serve Pakistan instead of DHA plots, educating their childers in US/UK, let lose so called journalists on TV to malign politicians only, you have the result. Quetta is heavily guarded city, Staff college is there, Southern Command Sits there, question must be asked to the commander of Southern Command what was he doing, we all know he was busy making Policy statements on CPEC which he has no reason to open his mouth.on CPEC.
Sorry but yes GOVT has responsibility but the people with Power need to wake up to 21st century, see their Failures of 71/Siachen/Kargil/Salala/Taliban whom they created, few months ago the rascal Hamid Gul was gloating about his creation that killed 50K of countrymen (I hope he is rotting in his grave). Stop invading elected Govt, leave Foreign policy alone, Pakistan’s isolation in the world is no one but Army’s fault. Raheel Sharif came to US uninvited 6 times to get some pictures with Senators who voted to Stop F 16 deals. These are humiliations that they must stop or they can carry on and face these lapses.
Govt will be held accountable in 2018, people have power, who will held these Rascals in GHQ hold accountable ? A business man of three decades can have lot of money, but Generals having companies in Panama/Swiss is where the real issue is…

We should understand the capability of civilian LEAs… We can see Kakaul trained forces are unable to shut terrorist … those bunch of terrorist can kill 60 to 70 civilian… … how can you expect police walay do their job properly with limited training as compare to kakaul trained army…

Waziristan was never touched by govt… sentiments in those area are against army… operation agaisnt militant … civilan paid the price… there are so many families… homes were destroyed by Pak army… What you expect our civlian govt perform there…

Any source for the news that commander of Southern Command was busy making Policy statements on CPEC? I guess you ignore it. FYI, more number of housing schemes are owned by politicans. Politicans can get land leased and sell it on real price and we know no one will hold them accountable. Khawjas of Sialkot are looting people in the name of development charges in their housing schemes.

Last time Govt tried to get a General accountable some Sick Canadian was brought in and that General ran away! Last time when Govt got ISI Chief in Assembly to explain his failure on Abbottabad incident, he threated to destroy Govt, living aborad. Go to Dawn and find the news of Commander of Southern Command barking on CPEC or find a thread right here at GS, we discussed that as well. It is indeed Army’s fault and these lunatics are not stopping. SC and ECP are investigating, Govt is doing just fine and if not Vote them out in 2018 period but again its time to drag Generals to jails, even hang some for their failures. Yes Govt need to grow courage and stand up to Army but htat will require time and patience and it cant happen until Lunatics like Imran in lust of power stop invading national institues. Perhaps a Dharna infront of GHQ. I dont need to ignore you, your questions are answered many times. All of Pakistan problems start with the most powerful institute in Country and for sake of the country they need to be held accountable or some one else like in 71 will make them accountable.

Who the hell few generals think they aer that their conversation of a CM of a province scolding them cant be leaked. Actually these are well know facts, the Rascal Pasha was pretty threating to politicians in Assembly when they questioned him after Abbottabad humilation. As for modi sending terrorits, some things simply fail smell test, if any thing terrorits attacks destablized entire country and for second Nawaaz Govt other than two days of Dharna when Imran moved in red zone Never was threatened. At the time of APS, only few hundred were left for Dharna / Mujra party in evening. As of now, not even a single Emabassy has given travel advisory to its people, that how much they are Threatened. There is no threat from some monkeys coming in Islamabad so jthats why i know this theory is nothing but a wet dream of losers who know they will fail again.
