When the leader of Lashkar-e-Taiba has always argued for the killing of Hindus as a solution to Kashmir, why should anyone be surprised when his group is blamed?

The founder and former head of the outlawed Lashkar-e-Taiba says “killing Hindus” is the best approach to the 56-year-old dispute between Pakistan and India over Kashmir.
When the attack on Parliament happened in 2001, all you guys blamed RAW etc. but your own government later admitted it was done by ISI supported Pakistani jihadis.
