Army did not make any anouncement. The J & K Police did not interrogate the person.
He was handed over to the Delhi Police and after a proper investigation Delhi Police refused to accept his theories of invilvement in the blasts.
Now dog up in the news papers and find out the truth! Instead of jumping at anything anti-India.
Our police are much better than even your Supreme Court re Sarbjit Singh case.

And I cannot understand when we have to post something about India we choose non-Pakistani source (Primarily Indian source) and these people are always quoting Indian newspapers. Your post clearly implied that the LeT murder of civilians is based on the excuse of Indian Army's role in Kashmir. Every terrorist and mass murderer has his excuse. Hitler used persecution as an excuse to mass murder Jews.
The fact is that LeT's actions including the Delhi bombs were reprehensible and sub-human. Don't try to whitewash that by giving reasons.
BTW, LeT says that its jihad will continue until all of India is under Islamic rule. They can keep waiting because their namard actions will only make India more and more determined not to concede an inch.
