any point when some material from some other site is referenced, the link needs to be provided. plagiarism is banned here. exceptions being extremist websites or other boards or personal sites as people use that approach to gain free publicity here.
referencing someone else's work properly and not passing it as one's own is proper, ethical and the responsible thing to do.
