A function was to be held at Larkana by the Prime Minister in honour of foreign diplomats based in Islamabad. So, “action” started. The SHO Tibbi police station, not finding the artiste in his area of jurisdiction, got hold of her old mother and confined her in the police station. This made the young artiste very furious and she flatly refused to go to Larkana. She had good connections in high places. The film studios went on strike against the maltreatment and the dancing girls of Shahi Muhalla, her colleagues, came out in protest. The famous poem of Habib Jalib was widely quoted.

Habib Jalib is widely quoted by Jiayalas, Niralas, Matwalas.. but he was himself supporter of PPP initially and denounced them due to these kartoot.

The fascinating part is in past actresses from Red Light Area had ego to raise voice and show resistance against these ayyash politicians and now they can do anything without any khof e khuda, because they know people would vote them even after listening ‘waade wa’eed Quran Hadess nahin hote’
