I had a friend from Balochistan in my university days, he was from turbat and he would pronounce Floppy drive as floffy. There were a few other words which he’d pronounce this way.

May be its an individual problem. Otherwise Balochs didn’t get problem in pronouncing ‘P’. Had it been the case, they don’t have cities with name ‘Pisheen’ and heroes like ‘Palay Khan’
