I observed that people of LaRkana can’t pronounce ‘chh’ sound like in chhutti. Whenever, they pronounce a word containing ‘chh’ sound they say it like sheen. One of our class fellow said ’ sir kal kia shutti’ hai. Even they pronounce ‘Machhi’ as ‘Mashi’.
Have you observed a community or people living in a particular area, who mix sounds while saying a particular word?

BTW I also observed that some Sindhi Hindus can't pronounce [seen /s] sound and mix it up with [sheen /sh], like they pronounce Rasoi as Rashoi
Re: LaRkana and Sindhi pronunciation
i have seen such problem in people from up,bihar,mp…
I have a friend who used to pronounce s as sh e.g. sayyad as shayyad…and sh as S e.g. shakkar(sugar) as sakkar…
when i was travelling i heard two men sitting next to me …one of them said…“Ek saal me takriban 35000rs ki shaving hojati hai” and i was like..
Then after listening to their conversation i understood he was talking about savings…
waise apne s ko f pronounce karnewale log dekhe hain…like shahid kapoor of kaminey

I had a friend from Balochistan in my university days, he was from turbat and he would pronounce Floppy drive as floffy. There were a few other words which he'd pronounce this way.
