Mirzai worship place, instead of a mosque!

Quit misguiding people!

If a Muslim enters he will realize what it is.

Dear Muslim brothers and sisters,

The so called "baitul futuh mosque" in London as shown in the picture is a Mirzai/Ahmedi/Quadiani worship place. So do not be deceived by the picture!

^ Islamabad is very right!

its a place for worshipping God, people. Leave it at that.

Thanks for informing.

Its not a place for worshipping God. All Islamic scholars agree on this point. Qadiani, Ahmadi, Lahori.... they all are non-Muslims. Even Pakistan's consititution declares them so. If you have any doubts about that please consult some Imam or Islamic scholar in a nearby mosque.

Qadiyani Centre not Mosque

In the light of much press interest, the Muslim Council of Britain wishes to make clear that the Qadiyani/Ahmadi Centre which has been constructed in Morden is not a Mosque. The Ahmadi community are regarded as non-Muslims by all Muslim scholars and groups world-wide because of the Ahmadi's central belief that Mirza Ghulam Ahmed (born in 19th century India) was a prophet and the promised Messiah. Ever since the days of British colonial rule in India, Muslim scholars have been united in rejecting Ghulam Ahmed's claim to prophethood and regard him as an imposter.

Mainstream Islamic teaching holds that the blessed Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was the last in a long line of prophets sent to mankind. Mainstream Sunni and Shi’a Muslims are both agreed on this basic tenet of the Islamic faith. Furthermore, we believe that there are no more than 1 million Ahmadis in the entire world as opposed to the 1.5 billion strong worldwide Muslim community.

So, whilst we fully accept the right of Ahmadis to their own religion, it is clearly misleading to describe them as Muslims. They are not.

As a guppie (not as a mod), I would like to ask the above poster, what has led them to think that this universe was created FOR the Prophet, or am I misunderstanding your comment?

As a moderator:

No guppie is going to bash any religious belief. You do not believe in a particular belief system - that is fine. If you POLITELY say "I do not believe that this "mosque" is really a mosque because these folks are not really muslims because blah blah blah", that is also fine. But there is NO need to curse them or use hateful language...you're only making yourself look like an idiot. Not to mention the lack of CLASS. Any further such comments will simply be removed to the review folder and they WILL NOT BE TOLERATED in this forum. If you wish to use hateful phrases, take them elsewhere.

nice pic.

I dont want to go in any discussion, for this Religion room is there, BUT we Ahmadi Muslim cleard our point again and again.
Few things only, We Are Ahmadi Muslim, if any Gov or Mullah dont agree with this, we dont care about it, cuz we have to answer ONLY Allah(swt).

We build the mosque Alhamdolillah, so Muslims can come and pray TO ALLAH(swt).

Btw I think no1 has the power to erase the KALIMA from the Mosque, as Mullahs LIKE to do this in (un)islamic Republik of Pakistan :hehe:.

May Allah(swt) guide us all to the right path. Ameen

^ give me a break! Feel free to do whatever you like, but you cannot be allowed to spread false beliefs in public. As they say "Jhoot key paon naheen hotey", it will all become clear once you transition on to the next life...

If GupShup forum is run by Muslims of proper belief, they should make it sure that no one can mislead others on such clear issues. And if anyone is still not clear on this .... to us ka Allah hee hafiz!!

ramyssysIX yes u r right, thru pray to Allah(swt), do fast in Ramazan, say Kalima, spend in way of Allah(swt), help the human, this is missleading all Muslim from Ahmadi Muslim??? :).
for 114 years Mullahs are tryig to destroying us, that destroyed 1 mosque in Pakistan and our Jamaat built 100s all over the world!

Well As I said, dont want to start any discussion, we are Ahmadi Muslims and Islam is our religion and Alhamdolillah this Mosque is the BIGGEST in Europe, and Alhamdolillah Allah(swt) will protect us. InshAllah!!!YOu dont agree with this and dont like this. hmmmm GOOD 4 U :hehe:

I suggest you guys debate with manners. Mudslinging is not going to get you anywhere.

Well, it'll get you into the review folder at least...

The London Times had a pretty good article about the whole issue. It's named A lesson from the mosque

I believe that the live-and-let-live ethos of our multicultural melting pots is one of the biggest sources of hope for mankind

IN MY 40-odd years of living in London I have seen some surprising things. I saw a policeman on foot last week. Poor chap must have had a puncture. But nothing has astonished me more than the dramatic revival of religious life in the capital.
“What?” you probably gasp. “Are we talking about London? Cynical old city by the Thames, full of chancers and tricksters, fleshpots down every alley, churches empty, dens of iniquity full to bursting?” Yup, that’s the place. Of course it’s true that white, middle-class London mostly gave up on God long ago, at least when it comes to worshipping Him (or, I hope, Her) on a weekly basis. And since white, middle-class London runs the media, one easily gets the impression that London is a God-free zone, its morals shaped only by a vague credo that hovers between Darwin’s “survival of the fittest” and Viv Nicholson’s “spend, spend, spend”.

But step outside the media world’s hall of mirrors and you find something very different. Among the myriad black and Asian communities that have sprung up and (let us be frank) colonised some pretty ghastly tracts of London, religion is a very big deal indeed. The most vibrant Christian groups in the capital now, for instance, must be the informal West Indian congregations, bearing no-nonsense names such as Victory Church or House of Praise, that pack local halls each Sunday — even though the adjacent Anglican church stands almost empty. (The Church of England has only itself to blame for that, incidentally. West Indian Christians who came here in the 1950s or 1960s, keen to participate in parish life, have told me how hostile they found British congregations in those days.) Similarly, other ethnic minorities have also planted their spiritual banners in their newfound land. The exuberant Sikh temple just built in Southall, the eye-poppingly huge Shree Swaminarayan Mandir put up by the Hindu community in Neasden, the glinting mosque in Regent’s Park: such proud edifices not only spice up London’s architecture, they also attest to a mosaic of faiths stretching across the capital.

Last week I ventured intrepidly down the Northern Line to sunny Morden to inspect the latest pebble in that mosaic. Some pebble! The Baitul Futuh Mosque, built by the Ahmadi Muslims and inaugurated last Friday, is said to be the largest mosque in Western Europe. I don’t doubt it. When you slip off your shoes and enter the men’s prayer hall, you cannot but be awed by the vastness of this oval-shaped arena. Indeed my first thought — horribly blasphemous, no doubt — was that you could mount a decent game of cricket on its striped green carpet. The women have an identically sized hall directly below. All told, more than 4,000 worshippers can kneel in prayer at once.

The only decorations are texts from the Koran, engraved round the inner rim of the dome and above the alcove where the imam stands. No distractions, elaborations, fuss or frills. Just man and his Maker. I rather admire that.

I also admire the self-help philosophy of London’s 10,000-strong Ahmadi community. They donated millions to purchase the five-acre site — a former Express Dairies plant. They imported marble from Italy, steel from Germany, carpets from America. And they supplied hundreds of volunteer builders, painters, plasterers and carpet fitters, all working flat out to get the mosque finished on time. To judge from the comments of those I met, nobody had slept for a fortnight.

What’s sad, then, is the reaction of London’s other Muslim communities. Granted, they disagree with the Ahmadis on some fairly basic theological points. Although all sides follow the Koran and the teaching of Mohammed, the Ahmadis believe that the promised Messiah has already arrived, in the form of their faith’s founder: a 19th-century Punjabi mystic called Hadhrat Ahmad. This, say Sunni and Shia Muslims, disqualifies Ahmadis from describing themselves as “Muslims” at all, or their prayer halls as “mosques”. Consequently, the Muslim Council of Britain felt compelled to make some rather ungallant comments during the Ahmadi celebrations last week. That was a pity. In spite of being the target of much persecution, especially in Pakistan, the Ahmadis stick admirably to their motto of “Love for all, hatred for none”. They also reject the notion of Jihad as a physical war waged against “infidels”. In other words, whether or not they qualify theologically as “real Muslims”, they are model ambassadors for Islam at a time when the gulf of suspicion between the Western and Islamic worlds has never seemed more in need of bridge-builders.

But there’s an even more pressing reason for non-Ahmadis to applaud the Ahmadis’ achievement. There are many irksome aspects to existence in a vast urban jungle such as London or New York. Yet I believe that the live-and-let-live ethos engendered in these multicultural melting-pots is one of the biggest sources of hope for mankind. If people of all races and faiths can learn to rub along on the streets of Brixton or Brooklyn without starting World War Three, the same trick might one day be managed in the wider world.

OK, you may say I’m a dreamer. And I admit that the tolerance found in big cities is often born of cold indifference. But that has to be better than an intolerance born of crude ignorance. Nothing makes me prouder, as a parent or as a Londoner, than noting that my children — who all went to North London comprehensives — have as many friends from Asian, West Indian or Jewish families as they do from Anglo-Saxon lapsed-Protestant backgrounds. Their generation, I trust, will be better equipped to stop ignorant armies from clashing by night than ours has been.

The Times, Richard Morrison.

Well I would like to ask my qadyani/mirzai fellows that if their beliefs are same as of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), the final/last prophet? Has ever the prophet himself declared himself as "Ahmadi Muslim"? Anything/Everything after the life of Muhammad (SAW) is a Bidah and all Bidah are kufr.

Without any prejudice, do you guys think a prophet even a noble man dies unconsciouly into comode like mirza qadyani dies?

The finality of Prophethood is an integral part of being muslim and anyone who does not believe in it is a non-muslim.

genuine question>>> i thought ahmadis considered non ahmadis a non muslim so how can they go in the mosque or can they?

Miss Gudiya, as a moderator you came to this conclusion that cursing these people out in public will not take us no where and it will not be TOLERATED BY YOU. Tell me one thing, with all DUE RESPECT, if many people like me who feel like curse the living hell out of these people, who not only betrayed our prophet Mohammad ( P.B.U.H) but made someone their prophet after our beloved Prophet Mohammad ( P.B.U.H) a person for which this whole universe was made we were made. These people are BASHING our Prophets ( P.B.U.H) BELIEFS/OUR BELIEFS not only on this muslim forum but by other means in our lives. Is this right ? Tell me this, How can we TOLERATE THIS kind of nonsense on a muslim forum like this ? You CAN NOT tolerate nonsense right ? If you are a true muslim which by all means i am sure you are who belives in Prohpet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) as our last Prophet. Tell me how can you be OK with even ONE Ahamadee on this forum forget about discussing about their posts. Yes i can be wrong very wrong indeed if Gupistan is not run by True muslims but some ahmadeez. Just to tell you one patch from our history, This Sahabee(R.A) couldnt made it to a battle in which Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) was fighting. He heard from somebody that Mohammad (P.B.U.H) lost his tooth, So he broke his own tooth. Then he wasnt sure that if it was the right tooth, he broke his second tooth untill he had no teeth in his jaw. This was the height of love in people for our Mohammad (P.B.U.H) ;and look at us now give a damn about these people who back stabbed our Mohammad (P.B.U.H) ( NaooowzBillah). And you expect from us not to curse these people. I am sorry but i strongly disagree with your contradiction of what should be tolerated and what shouldnt be. You as a moderator has alot of responsiblities u should have made some necessary measures in the first place to prevent this kind of discussion in the first place. I am proud that my faith is strong in islam but these people with their cute talks can shake alot of muslims people heart. If one muslim starts communicating to these ahamdeez and at the end loses his faith in Prophet Mohammad (P.B.U.H) as our last prophet, you as a moderator would have to answer to Allah S.W.T. Just my 2 cents no need to get mad at me for what i said. Its a free forum for pakistniz and muslims and as i muslim i expressed my feelings about how you are running your show here. Yes i might have critized you in a very harsh way but your response caused this nuisance in me and i just couldnt come up with any better words.
