. Well, I do not think that you are right here. I believe that Mandir is a worshiping place where any of billions of God created from whatever imagination can be worshipped. I believe that I am right and if anyone can prove that Mandir does not only means ‘worshiping place’ than I would be wrong and if I am wrong I would apologies to Hindus.

although im sad for this to be taking place, no groups should have this amount of weapons.
the way lal masjid should have operated was to highlight the issue they were concerned about in a way the government could only hang their head in shame. the defensive aspect of lal masjid has made this encounter inevitable

ISLAMABAD: Lal Masjid has demanded a ban on a yet-to-be released movie, Khuda Kay Liye, declaring it blasphemous.
The movie will depict a post 9/11 scenario in which confrontation between fundamentalists and liberal Muslims has intensified.
“The film is against Islamic norms and traditions and is being released on a private TV channel without prior approval from a censor board. We won’t allow this,” said Abdul Rashid Ghazi, the Lal Masjid deputy mullah, who did not mention his source of information about the movie.
He said he would not object to the movie if ulema approved it. He demanded that the government form a board to review the film. “The government will be held responsible if the film is released without being censored,” he said. Just a side note : and wat does islam say about government patronizing brothels and liquor shops and night clubs and mixed gatherings..then wat should the citizens do? should they go to the law enforcement agencies? they did but nothing came up..thats why these lal masjid freaks came out. instead these agencies are involved in these businesses too

If there are such places than it is to do with society. To eradicate such things need education and convincing others that these things are wrong and should be shunned voluntarily. Good can only be adopted voluntarily and could not be enforced. If government decides to enforce something than that would go underground and nothing would happen, rather it would spread. USA once tried to enact law against drinking alcohol and enforce it but result was that drinking kept increasing but just went underground.
Nothing can be forced on others and no evil practices stops by force. Force can come in hand of people who could propagate good or evil, normally it comes in the hand of evil people more than good people. Nevertheless even though evil can spread by force to some extend, good needs conviction and convincing others to follow good deeds and shun evil. Those who try to spread anything by force, whatever it looks, good or evil, in reality it is evil.
So, if anyone wants to spread good deeds in Pakistan, they should first learn what is good themselves, adopt that good in their own life and then try to influence others to follow their good deeds voluntarily after getting convinced (not by any sort of force). Actually, all who think that force can be used to spread good deeds, they are misguided or children of Shaitan, as using force to spread good deeds means asking people to revolt against good deeds and leave good deeds (as that is the end result of any such force), that is what Shaitan wants (and does it by hook or crook means).

I believe that people of Lal Mandir are spreading revolt and hate against Islam and good deeds, and thus are agents of Shaitan. Only thing is that, they are doing that duty for Shaitan by cunning and crooked ways, that is under the cover and in the name of spreading Islam they are making Islam weaker in Pakistan.

I believe that people of Lal Mandir are spreading revolt and hate against Islam and good deeds, and thus are agents of Shaitan. Only thing is that, they are doing that duty for Shaitan by crooked ways, that is under the cover of spreading Islam they are making Islam weaker in Pakistan.
.....thats why I don't support them , they are full of rage and anger, their intentions might be sincere but they're not wise.

Tuesday's trouble started when a group of female students came out in large numbers and the paramilitary police used tear gas against them.
Extra police had been deployed around the mosque earlier in the day.
An official said the move was to prevent the seminary students from taking the law into their own hands.
Mosque leaders say the security forces started the trouble by erecting barricades near the mosque.
Critics have attacked the government for failing to enforce its authority in the capital.
The BBC's Syed Shoaib Hasan who is outside the mosque says sporadic shooting by both sides can still be heard, several hours after gunfire first broke out.
He says regular police and paramilitary units ringing the mosque compound have now been replaced by what appear to be special forces. Ambulances and journalists have been told to move further away.
Dozens of students - mostly armed with sticks and petrol bombs, but some with guns and wearing masks - are patrolling around the mosque.
The death of the paramilitary soldier was believed to be the first casualty in the stand-off between the authorities and the students.
"I can confirm that one of our troopers has been killed in the firing from inside the mosque," a senior paramilitary official, Masha Allah, told reporters outside the Lal Masjid.
Doctors at a nearby hospital later said two students had also succumbed to their gunshot injuries.
At least one policeman is also reported to have been wounded.
The students say scores of people from the mosque have been affected by the tear gas. Doctors confirmed they were treating about 60 people suffering the effects of tear gas, the Associated Press news agency reported. Several students had bullet wounds, doctors said.

BBC & GEO reporting death of 6 people so far including 2 male “students”, 1 female “student” and 2 rangers personals. BBC is reporting that it has gone “quite” at the battle ground now. I hope they dont stop and finish it once in for all. LAL MASJID fanatics are now the murderers and should be dealt properly. Just like 12th may incident was seen by everyone on live TV this was seen also on live TV and I hope all the MMA jokers are going to condemn the incident and Imran Khan is going to try LAL MASJID fanatics in higher courts of Pakistan.

I believe these pictures were taken by photographer who are IN LAL MASJID There is no Army around LAL MASJID yet. I watched GEO's special coverage before leaving for work and it was showing RANGERS's armed personal carriers and lot of tear gassing.
