Not an issue with me. I wish they had tricked both guys and saved lives of our forces and innocents. Any action that saves innocent lives should be okay.

1- maybe they tried, these brothers were not stupid though so it may be tough to fool em both
2- even if these biradran were fooled then you had other folks too.
these people were not going to let innocent people go unless they walked away without any charges at all. that would have set a precedence that any thug can hold hostages and bring govt to its knees. which means more hostages in future, more khoon kharaba or more ppl doign what they please and holding kids hostages to get away.

Some 80 odd women and children have been rescued. We still have not heard about the remaining 1,000 odd innocents?

The two old men of Aaj TV are crying over Ghazi's death right now, but no mention at all of the deaths of soldiers. They keep showing ghazi's biography, but other than a short segment on Lt Col Haroon, not much else on other soldiers dead or injured. In military matters, they did not even call former army or SSG people as expert commentators, but called up every 2-bit mullah who could speak 3 words of broken urdu.

hopefully this sends a message to other thugs that pulling such a stunt would mean a serious butt kicking.

In a country where majority of ppl are uneducated, media focusing on brother #1 being allegedly fooled into coming out in a burqa..rather than focusing on how horrible their act of holding hostages, and the arsenal at their disposal, and their constant lies.

Don't blame the awam bhai. Musharraf did not ask the awam before ousting Nawaz. He did not bother about awam before U-turning on Sep 12, 2001. Same about jailing Bugti or ousting CJP.
If Musharraf and GHQ want to disarm and clean up Pakistan, a lot can be done. 100% is not possible but the leaders of these groups are all known and don't all live in caves or tunnels.
