These "ulema" are as criminal minded as the holed up mullatic loony and his ninja brigade. They met PM Aziz and demanded that loony and ninja brigade be given a free pass w/out arrest. According to them (the "ulema" team), loony and ninja brigade were playing Miami Vice in Isloo and deserve "politeness" and "love", they don't deserve the tip of the sword nor forceful subjugation. In an nutshell, treat them like errant kids who deserve some "piyaar" and "muhabbat".

He is claiming that govt. has not given media any freedoms then how the hell media is reporting what they are doing. Media is taking calls from mullatic loony -- he is using his mobile phone. Something like this would not be permitted in the states if hostages were involved and SWAT teams were engaged in the situation.
Pakistani media has too many freedoms and they should stop whinning.
It would serve GOP better if they started holding regular press conferences to keep media and public apprised of the situation. There is a information vaccum that is being filled up by mullatic friendly media and mullatic loony himself.

it's probably a disinformation campaign by Rashid Ghazi to preempt the outrage that he must be expecting over the death of SSG Lt. Col. The only fire from Army was cover fire and the explosioins were from attacks on the wall -- pretty difficult to kill 300 ppl unless they all came out and stood in the open

Few hours ago, AAJ was playing the video of the "heavy firefight" and you can hear whizzing noises. Yes, "whizzing". They (the media) were asked 7 (!!!) times by the military to stay back but the media refused. I think they were too close to the fighting and there microphones caught the "whizzing" noises.
This would not happen in America, media wouldn't be this close nor would they be talking to the perp who is holding hostages. These naa-shukray have no idea how tight restrictions are placed on media in SWAT/military operations by the US govt. On top of all that, by communicating with they perp, they are undercutting state's efforts to bring this stalemate to an end.

Man, whats with you and your constant attempts at halting discussion in this thread? Anytime someone shows sympathy for the military personal, you bring in some other stuff into the thread as if its relevant to the topic at hand. Yes, other Pakistani soldiers have lost their life and yes those topics have not had the same amount of posts in their threads. So what? What exactly are you trying to prove here and why does it matter? When there is news of 20-30 people dying in a bus crash in Pakistan, do you go and say "Pssshh....about 50 people die in Iraq everyday....why don't we talk about them instead"?
I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of those who couldn't care less about jihadi terrorism when they couldn't see it on their TV screens. This has been going on for years, but once this is over, people will forget and move on and the mullahs and taliban will remain in control in vast parts of Pakistan. This is 100% related to this operation. It is about the future of Pakistan and the mullahs will need to be defeated not only in Islamabad but also in Miranshah, Wana, Tank, Parachinar, Charsadda, Dir, Swat etc.
These are not road accidents I am reporting, these are suicide bombings and attacks on the army due to the lal masjid operation.

Interior Ministry. They are Sherpao's bachay. This is basically the most many of them have had the chance to fire there guns. It's a good field firing exercise.
