Mr. Fraudia, you are correct. Other days as I said earlier have been specifically been given significance but not the day of miraj per se. Obviously we should know about it, but to think that it is a blessed day when the Prophet didn't do so is wrong.
why people here make fun of sunnah? You are using internet to learn and discuss islam.
This is not a sunnah and as you started new practice it is biddat also. Any fool can object like this who do not know exctly the meaning of sunnah and where it is applicable.

So do what the Prophet did, fast on Mondays and Thursdays, pray Tahajjud, pray TahiyyatulMasjid, fast on Ashoora, pray a lot in last ten days of Ramadan, fast during the Hajj days, etc., etc.
