All foreign projects being signed by Shahbaz Sharif for Punjab (or Lahore) are signed on the backing of a federal sovereign guarantee, which the fed govt has given Punjab a free hand for.

Metro Bush system was built by Turkey when PPP was running the federal govt. Who was backing the project back then? And if you have proof why not share it here? Otherwise, these are mere allegations.
