Educate yourself a little on how things outside of Punjab. There is a country called Pakistan, and in that country there is a province named KPK where the land they need for bus lane is with Railway Ministry. The Railway Minstry is a Federal domain and Railway Minister is PTI’s arch rival and your very own Kh. Saad Rafiq.
