Exactly. Typical mentality of a PMLN supporters. Disturbing obsession with concrete, as if Iraq, Syria, Libya didn’t have flashy roads and flyovers - in fact they had state of the art road network. They will never understand that countries are run depoliticised institutions, equality, fairness and transparency.
