I know you are not a typical PMLN apologist nor me being a Punjabi can possibly hate the race I belong to.
But you have to understand that Nooras are wagging proxy war on KPK to seek revenge from PTI leadership that sits in Punjab. Ganjas are effectively ruling Punjab for 6th time, but their hold on Punjab will be so under attack and vulnerable if PTI’s first time government manages to make KPK the most competitive province. So they are delaying funds so KPK government cannot start mega development projects as only Showbaz is allowed to build bridges. KPK Government needs truck load of money to revive Tourism - so much development needs to be done in order to make those areas accessible to the public. Hydel economy is the only industry that brings some wealth, if Ganjas are blocking their Hydel profit then from where are they supposed to spend?
They know that even KPK becomes a land of milk and honey, neither Muhajirs are going to vote for PTI nor Sindhis and pro Pakistani Balochistan Sardars always go with whichever party comes in centre - so that leave Punjab as only real battlefield for competition. So Ganjas are well aware of the fact that whatever happens in KPK will have a direct consequences on their Punjabi votebank.
Do you really think Imran would have shut up if KPK had made their Green Line for just Rs.12 billion in comparison to 50 billion Punjabi Metro? Never. So there you go, Ganjas refused to give KPK Gov land for Green Line so their Metro vote in Punjab stays intact.
KPK Gov helps Railway Ministry get 90% of its land back from land mafia, that same Railway Minstry stabs KPK Gov in the back by refusing them the land after wasting two years. Typical delay tactics. Is that fair?
