And yeah you are right. I guess the term would be “paying member” since its an ongoing thing. Paid member sounds the opposite. If it is in your means, you can organize a “paying member registration drive”. Me & my brother plan on doing one in the city my family lives in. You can just do it at home & start with your friends & their families.

this is what every developing country needs , if only one percent of educated people take initiative in this direction , the picture will be different in ten years .
