i dont know if there really is a difference, he was indicted/ charged with murder, that means trial in murder case was to START now, he was supposed to defend himself, only then court may have convicted him, which has not happened…
even if i’m wrong about it, and it doesn’t make sense, i’m sure there was a case of possessing illegal weapons, it was registered long ago, and it was a separate case than the murder case, they just could not have let him go!!! this is bul$h¡t… this is bad… shameful act of both punjab govt and fed govt…
