re: Lahore Court acquits CIA contractor Raymond Davis of murders
He was convicted and then later on court overturned the ruling once family members ‘pardoned’ Raymond after accepting ‘diyyat’. I remember reading many articles that family had refused to receive blood money now they have changed their stance which is definitely fishy. I don’t think government ever placed terrorism/espionage charges on him.
