Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

Hands down yes i will. I won't mind he is taxi driver, or whatever. He makes honest living and works hard why not?. May be its me but i am not truely not a type of person who cares about what other people think. At the end of the day i need a good and better person in him that is all i ask for. And Nomi God has plans for everyone. If your intentions are right then positive things falls into your place. In Pakistan or third world countries perhaps it matters a lot what your husband do for living. But in West, nobody cares. Yes and exceptions are there. I just said generally.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

If i fall in love with him.... then why not

but definitely no if it is arrange marriage scenario....

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

I don't think I'd mind marrying a plumber or an average blue collar worker but a cab driver? No. I don't like the culture or the kind of people he'd be around.

Education opens up the mind to different possibilities. It doesn't necessarily make one better than the other. And I don't think education is only limited to degrees. It can be knowledge about the field they're in.

What I do want is someone who always aspires to be and do better.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

whoa!

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

Desi ladies - who ended up marrying blue collar workers dont have the luxury to visit and spend hours on an online forums

Re: Ladizz…would you marry a…

I was only giving an example. I’m going to get tortured for using that as an example but hey its what I do…I normally talk about world politics. Lol.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

I use to be one of those girls that use to say that i would never ever for anyone unless he was financially well off and a professional......but life makes you change your mind.
Like a lot of you guys have said i was use to having whatever I wanted wen i wanted.....but the guy i fell for is a 'blue collar worker' but he is probably one of the most amazing individuals I have come across. I sound like a stupid love sick teenager but im actually 26....i would give up my lifestyle without a second thought. Material things come and go........for me i think meeting him has made me learn there's much more to life.

And before anyone says its a phase...........8 years is a long time id say for a phase. :-)

So yeah i would...

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

After i lost my job back in 2004 i had a lot of time to kill so i spent a lot of time on Naseeb. Met this girl there and shortly after we were exchanging saliva by the kilo. That was until i told her i'm taking up taxi driving which did not fly too well with her. Soon after we rid ourselves of each other. She is married to a good boy now.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

^was the problem in your saliva or your job?

Re: Ladizz…would you marry a…

Re: Ladizz…would you marry a…

Most women here said they wouldn’t marry a taxi driver because of the mental compatibility…why would you associate this with materialism?

Btw, taxi drivers make a lot of money…more money than a lot of white-collar workers.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

If I loveth him, then why not.

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

Re: Ladizz......would you marry a...

I dont like lazy men, but i dont like super career driven men. Whether he is a plumber or taxi driver should not matter, at least he tried and actually succeeded in getting a job. If he works hard enough at what he does then that means he is a decent guy who is willing to look after his better half.
