r u talking about nand or bhabhi? SIL can mean both...right? Bhabhi is always called Bhabhi irrespective of her age as compared to yours...while nand, if she is younger than you, may be called by her first name indeed :)

Its tricky but I would say, call her by name. Add Ji at the end instead of baji if the difference is more than 6-8 years.. like Hina ji, Maryam Ji,

oh i got that too...in traditional families, she would still be called Baji/Apa. i remember one of my friend had his uncle younger than him but he still called him chacha jan :) age rules!

Whatever makes you and her comfortable. If you are confused you can ask her how she had like to be addressed to, i dont see any issue with it.
