Re: ladies or men who are into lifting weights and bodybuilding?
Nope. Haven’t hit the weights in a while. It’s a resource intensive hobby. I don’t have the time to sleep 9-10 hours a day nor do I have the spare cash to feed myself enough to put on weight. It’s on my list of things to do once I start making some proper money.

Not into weight LIFTING. So no clue what those cuts mean. But I have a 20 lb handle plus 2 10 lbs to get to 40 lbs. It has been with me for decades. When I feel like, I simply go to the yard and do some gentle lifting. Focusing on 4 potions and form not absolute weigh5. Also have two 20 lb dumbbell one of which is inside house another a door stop for garage door. I do the dumbbell when I feel like it

Because both of these things require different approach!
Few tips :
Give your body lots of nutrients by eating lots of carbs, proteins( no junk food ). My bro was getting bigger because he didnot eat much. Once I made my bro protein shake with banana, peanut butter, honey and milo powder with milk [emoji12]. I told him it’s a magic potions drink it for two months. You will grow like a monster. I gave him in the morning and at night before sleeping.
He actually did looked lot more muscley.
Because I was coming to Pakistan I had to tell him all ingredients, everyone was shocked and my dad was like[emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] …
Always eat healthy and take as much protein as you can. Do take 8-9 hours sleep.
Take some days off too to repair your body and muscle.
Try to hire some personal trainer for at least first 2-3 months.
Check out the Hritick roshans trainers tips , they are good too ( he trained him in some movie with song called bang bang)
Try to stick to one plan for 6-8 weeks . Than you will know , what is working for and what is not!
I will ask my bro for more tips…
Good luck [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4][emoji4][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
