Oh my Good God.......just reading that made my mouth water. That menu is awesome! There is not a thing on there that I don't like, lol. It's a very complete and filling menu, go for it!

i would say go with chanay and dahi baray, instead of aloo anday, go with a vegetable dish like mix vegetable or began or aloo cauliflower... add some sort of pitabread/naam.
^ Sounds good, thanks for reply, I forgot to write naan, chicken karahi is served with it.
I am thinking of aalo, mutter, carrot and tomatoes in achar masala or like bhujiya style (no gravy).
You have a good mix of veggie and meat dishes. Some of the dishes have both meat and vegetables in them. A mixed vegetable bhujiya sounds delicious. Or if it's too much work....you can just make palak (with either meat, potatoes, or paneer). Or even baghary baingan.
The other day my mom had people invited and she made the most delicious began.
Mix pasta sauce and chunky salsa. In a deep dish layer the sauce then layer began then layer sauce, then layer onions, bell pepper, sauce and repeat couple layer. Bake the thing in oven at 350 for almost 45mins -1hr. You can make it a daybefore and next day just heat it in the oven. Oh yeah glaze the dish before starting layering and drizzle some olive oil on top.
If layering is too much work, then just mix the began, onions, bell pepper and the sauces. Put all the stuff in a glazed oven dish and then just bake.
