Ladies, did you learn to cook from your MIL

Here is what I learned:

1. Methi ki khichri
2. Chat masala
3. My FIL's favorite omlette (with darkened onions)
4. Kulfi
5. Bhuna huwa qeema
6. Maash ki daal
7. Khatti daal

I often ask her for her recipes. Usually my husband doesn't ask to me ask her but I like her cooking so I do so myself.

Niksik..can you please post your receipe for Chat masala, omelete with darkened onions, kulfi, bhuna huma keema...
