and a difficult road to travel - no doubt
takes a lot of skill, experience and Courage to drive here

I posted some pics here at GS, couple of years ago, when I went to Lulusar lake in upper Kaghan. Certainly not as scary as these pics, but yes it scared the **** of all 4 people in the jeep at that time , at some points its a insane sharp drop and you find it hard to believe if you will be able to negotiate the sharp bend at the bottom and turn safely or just skid on into the ravine.

Once is enough, I am not going there again

I believe this is China - not columbia.
The story goes:
A man’s wife died because there is not way for remote village to connect to the city (hence the hospital). He sold EVERYTHING he owned and chisseled through the mountain this path - so no one else will have to suffer!
It took him 20 or so years to do it, he broke through the mountain and died shortly after. Gov’t found about it and build a proper road to the village and named it after him.
