Yep, the story was about many girls now coming out later in their lives admitting that they were raped by fellow classmates. One girl (12 years old) claimed she was raped by 3 boys (13 year olds) in her class in the janitor’s room.
A couple of others claimed that they were also raped after school, or by guys they thought were their “friends”.
Some stories also about boys being raped (or molested?) by other older boys in their school.
The problem, according to some local counselors, is a lot more frequent than we think, simply because most kids dont confess it.
One girl’s confession was accompanied by the statement “I really wanted to stay a virgin until getting married when I was a kid.” She never thought she’d get raped, obviously.
^ That’s a pretty immature statement. Rape happens in the East too you know. And if kids are this scared to speak out in America, I can imagine they must be paralyzed in Pakistan.
And I dont think its because of pornography
I think its simply because many a time, an evil personality develops in childhood.
Impulse - once again, rape is not about sex, it is about power. A man who is looking for sex does not get turned on by someone crying, begging, or fighting them. That is rape. Porn has nothing to do with men or boys who rape other kids or women. Blame western culture if you want, blame aliens if you want, just don't give an exuse for behavior like that.

Yeah most kids do have chaska of sex. In the west more girls are being lured towards sex or “raped” by boys their own age than people imagine, it’s all the result of joint education system, it would happen in Pakistan too if religion and culture didn’t keep a check on the people, my cousin who was getting all A’s back in his village but when they went to live in Karachi in joint school system he started doing crap, I once asked him why and he said “laalaa it’s the girls, I can’t concentrate with them around” lol and he was barely the size of a testicle yet.
I started being sexually active when I was about 9-10 (with girls who were willing), was shooting blanks but still… Thing is in our society sex is still seen as evil and dirty and parents would rather bury their heads in the sand and pretend their child is a wickle baby itoo young to think of anything like that, which is pretty retarded because to put it bluntly 9-15 is probably the age of you’re life when you’re at your horniest, I know from personal experience.
Obviously it’s the parents duty to protect them from rape and uncocnsenual sex with people their own age or older but to deny they have any sexual feelings isn’t a healthy approach, what we need is sex education and marry them off when they become baaligh, it’s the best thing in this sort of society.
RAPE is not sex. One (between two minors) is consensual, one definitely isn't. A boy who will mess around with girls letting him is one thing - two stupid kids who need to be slapped. But rape is another thing, it is forcing someone to do something they don't want to do.
Who cares how horny someone is or at what age, that is NO reason to blame society, schools, or girls by extension. That is because no one taught that boy that girls are not a sperm bank, they are living breathing people with feelings. AND that boy needs to be taught to control himself, not blame others for his actions (which is a BIG problem with some youth of today).
A parent can do so much and should not have to worry about another child who doesn't know how to behave.
Educating youth and teaching them to respect others and themselves is the way to deal with this, NOT marrying them off.
Why is it that people jump to either blame the girls or the boys?
PCG - -What I dont understand is how such incidents can take place in a school. I mean come on, there are students and teachers all over the place. And somebody would have to be pretty blind not to notice it had taken place. I mean teachers keep record of who was absent, how often, for what reasons etc, heck I can tell when a student has had a fight with a friend or parents. And at that age, if a kid had been raped, the signs of distress would be obvious!
Rape or molestation is about power and humiliation.
In Pakistan, I studied in PAF schools which have a general outlook of snooty rich students and also studied in FG school where the boy who used to deliver milk barefoot to my house in the morning was also a student at my school. The issue of molestation was common. We even had a case in PAF where a bunch of girls ganged up on another girl just to humiliate her. Rapes were never reported but the rate of molestation would lead me to believe it was common too.
^ yup, that was in England I believe and the student was quite young too. Teacher's being assaulted/molested by their students is on the rise too ... not just child on child assault.
That’s nothing compared to this: I think last week, there was a thread (link to the newspaper given in it) saying a 16 year old boy raped his mother of 45 years old while she was asleep. This was in India.
rapes are becoming very common regardless of age or gender or relationship to the victim. the question is where is the society/parents/guardians going wrong in the upbringing of the new generation? why is it becoming so common? the new generation has lost all the self control and patience?
