why is it crazy? God forbid if someday you or one of your loved ones needed a kidney to live? wouldn't you appreciate and thank the person who donates his/her kidney so you can live? i would! :)

I'm not really sure if I'd give it or not. I'd definitely consider it though and make a decision based on the specialists advice.
Posthumous organ donation, another thing I'm not sure about.
On a side note is this by any chance related to Abdul Sattar Edhi's kidney failure and him needing a kidney transplant?

No. I had no idea he is sick. They can't find a donor? Seriously? In this whole quom that he has helped, when he needs help no one is helping?

YES I would also do it without thinking. In fact I make Dua for a chance to come into my life where I am able to help save a life, preferably without risking my own but if it comes to that then yes even still I would love to do it. Not sure if my family would approve or allow me to but that hurdle can be crossed later But first thought would be YES
