Kidney

Islam gives great sawab to those who can medically help anyone - Muslim or non Muslim. This also emphasizes the importance of organ donation, something we don't hear or discuss much about.

Re: Kidney

without a doubt

Re: Kidney

Sure will do

Re: Kidney

I have actually been through this for my nephew and niece. We knew that sometime in the future they would both need a kidney transplant and the nurse arranged a visit to take blood samples and provide any information required about the procedure etc. She was quite shocked when she arrived as she expected one or two people but we were all there, all 8 of us. I actually walked in late but didn't wants her to provide the same information again so just had my blood sample taken.

I don't hink anyone I know would ever hesitate to provide an organ for a loved one.

Re: Kidney

When the time actually comes there are too few that donate.

Re: Kidney

Meray neurogenisis system ne mujhko naye cells banwa ke diye. ALLAH khair karay.

On topic: If a family member needs a kidney and there is a match, then I will donate mine.
I don’t know if I could be a good Samaritan though.

Re: Kidney

I would do it.....without hesitation.

Re: Kidney

For my parents and siblings, without a second delay, I'll do it. Having said that may none of us ever have to face such situation in our lives. May all our loved ones be blessed with long and healthy lives.

Re: Kidney

One of my school teachers who donated a kidney to her brother back in early nineties passed away a few days ago. She was in her sixties. May Allah forgive her and bless her with jannah.
