Dinner: country veg soup and bread, spong fingers
Snack: crackers
It seems most our kids prefer the healthier variety of food, mA! But do you try to load up the calories in there to fatten them up? My son loves his veggies, but i try to stirfry with butter or ghee to sneak in calories. Or put butter on his pulao or french toast etc. Still he is only in the 10th percentile for weight
No, my son was a small baby, and is following his percentile line, so I don’t see the point of fattening him up or trying to move him up a percentile. He’s healthy, strong and active mashallah, and at his 2 year review they were very clear they had no weight concerns.
