I think that any act that can lead to an improper situation should be avoided in the first place. You can be friendly and cheerful without flirting! There is nothing like harmless flirting or unintentional flirting. I tell ya, what people come up with to justify their actions.
So this Begum Nazakat or whatever, she is an expert in human pyschology, or some Aalima? Jeez, do what you want to do, but at least don't preach such stuff, and that too in an Islamic country for God's sake!
