all your points can be related to this culture but third one can be another way around, so it's not specific to men. Last one is corruption and it can be one of the shady things to make money.

I used to see the Pakistani culture as an Islamic culture. It still has its aspects, but it's not the same anymore. I must say i love the designs for the clothes, but i just wouldn't wear sleeveless since this isn't allowed in islam. Nothing to do with culture.
