Yes she was raped by her husband. As per story, But they did not show anything in this regard. He just entered the room and thats it. INTERMISSION
Pakistan does not have any clear censor policy, on one hand they show most vulgur movies (punjabi , pashto) but on the other hand dont allow screaning of a quality horror movie Zibah Khana
Apart from that there are hardly any urdu movie made in pakistan worth watching.
There is nothing wrong if kid watch this movie. in pakistan they are seein much worse voilence.
Just because a film is given adult (R) rating does not automatically means that the movie is inappropriate. 'Passion of the christ' and 'Few good men' are rated this way due to voilence and language, but they are very good movies

I found this film intellectually stimulating, it steps away from the mainstream films produced in pakistan, the actors accents where rather dodgey, and there where camera glitch's here and there, but on the other hand, its definately a good start for the rebirth of Pakistani Cinema. Thumbs up to Shohaib Mansoor!

Yes I know there is no Rating system in Pakistan, my in-laws went to see it during their trip to Pakistan because they thought it was a family movie, but they're not Pakistani and they don't show adult rating movies to their underage children, and that's why for my sisters in law it was quite shocking and embarassing to hear swear words and some conversation(about rape etc).
Even in the UK some movies rated as 12 are inappropriate for 12 years old because of the sexual references but UK care more about violence than sexual refs....in Ireland their law is bit more stricker and usually 12 rated movie in the UK is rated for 15 in Ireland.
On the whole, my in-laws didn't like the movie because of so many flaws in story, I haven't watched it yet and don't think I'm gonna watch it, it's just not of my interest.

It was my first pakistani movie and I loved it, Very well made and the timing for its release could not be better. I am sure that it might have prevented many misguided extremist from blowing themselves up in the name of Islam...Should have more movies made on the same theme and families should go and watch it..........There were no vulgar scenes in the movie and ppl who are finding some scenes vulgar than they are not getting the message of the movie.

didn't this movie come out a while back? i wanted to see it since the trailer looked really awesome. Hopefully the desi store has it by now.

We don't have any theaters nearby playing this movie. Plus it's just more convenient watching at home, has it come on dvd yet?

dont go for convenience lol...its a good movie and shud be watch at a theatre if possible :D...i dont think its out yet (officially) or will be out anytime soon :D

yeah it did come out a while back but I think it was just released in India, therefore the review.

i watch the movie now. its a good moive. What Shoaib Mansoor is doing now? Is he planning a new movie or a TV drama?

^ ya i heard he is working on another movie baraf ki zamin or "yeh baraf humari hai".....this film is about the contribution of pak army at kargil.
