i did like imrans acting throughout the drama so :k: to him.
So the story is not ended yet, this was season 1 and there will be another one!

Ok so I finished all the episodes of season 1, but haven't read the novel. So far, it's an okay drama.. but wow, Imran Abbas's acting is really good! I feel like it's so dramatic.. like "hai Allah, he fell in love with maulvi sahab's daughter?! toba toba." lol, but I'm interested in finding out what's going to happen next. I hope it's not a total disappointment in the end..

they basically have divided the novel into 2 parts. Season 1 takes place in Pakistan which is the 1st half of the novel.
Season 2 should take place in the UK if they follow the novel. I have a feeling they are going to screw up the 2nd season by shooting it in Turkey and making some Turkish people out to be British LOL

the novel is just about OK. To me it failed to prove any point except "love conquers all" which is so boring and cliched. The way the novel plays out in the 2nd half, Imran's character is turned into some sort of a superhero minus the tights. Overall very unbelievable and filmy.

was worth watching ... even though too romanticized, nevertheless was different and interesting ... i wonder do such girls still exist in pakistan?

Whoever wrote this story deserves chittars. He obviously didn't do enough research on Judaism, Zionism and Holocaust. We have enough hatred for Jews already, don't know why did they let this go on air?

I don't normally watch Pakistani dramas .. I saw the commercial and thought I'll see how it is .. I have to say I absolutely LOVED it!!! I cried sooo much whilst watching it .. it was sooo touching .. I really like Imran Abbas .. and I have seen Sadia Khan for the first time .. it was sooo romantic .. and I totally love the title song! .. Im not really an pakistani drama person but yh big thumbs up 2 khuda aur mohabbat! .. cant wait 2 watch the next half! :D
