An important question to this discussion should be, ’ If the people were given a choice between Khilafah ( Islamic Sharia ) or Democracy ( The law of humans ), which one will any Muslim who understands that his belief is comprehensive choose?

One which contradicts his creed, or one that is from his creed?

Democracy can exist in an islamic state, however when you clamour for khilafah, which one you mean the Islamic khlafah or the non islamic khilafah propagated by Hizb ul tahrir. Funny people living in democratic west clamouring for sharia.
