Re: Kerala, India

i havent been to kozhikode except the ksrtc busstand a couple of times in between journeys to eat some ney-chor. :D

nilambur is amazing. unfortunately, everything changes. advent of city lifestyle's ruining all that i have associated with that place. although i shouldnt complain, i used to complain 15 yrs ago because autorickshaws wouldnt be able to run thru the roads there haha.

Re: Kerala, India

Re: Kerala, India

Hi! So you are from the north? Which side may i ask? Alright, i am a business man from China. I have travelled a lot in india. I have been to a great many places in india. I would also like to bring to your notice that you are wrong about the south indians are "nice lot". I would like to correct that. Have you ever been to a place called Bangalore? I've been there. I have never felt so sick as i have been to anywhere in india. The people, especially the lower middle class people are extensively rude. To mention a few, the auto drivers, then the taxi drivers, the staff at the Gas stations. And the educated ones like the ones sitting across the table and negotiating a deal has no respect for the other person sitting across. And guess who was sitting across the table? Me and my colleagues. Is this what you call nice? The person assumes that he owns India or rather Bangalore. The man just owns a small piece of land for god sake and thinks he's got the world in his hand to behave rudely with people from other country.
As for my knowledge, the north indians are more friendly. especially to my experience the people in Calcutta are helpful and friendly lot.
I am sorry to say that, but this is a fact and that was my last visit to Bangalore.

Cheers...

Re: Kerala, India

Hey i've been to kerala. I've been to kaniya kumar. I hope i got the spelling right. I love the beach there. much better than goa. yes, i know "chor" means rice but i didn't know the "ney" part.:)

Nice place kerala is, but rather humid and hot. have not seen the whole of kerala and don't know much about the people there. But my experience was a good one in kerala compared to the one i had in Bangalore.

Even till today, i still have the hatred to the people who i have encountered in bangalore. sorry to say that. Went to bangalore to estabilish a trade business but ended up with nothing. I wonder who are the ones that is to be blamed and that are spoiling the good image of Bangalore.

He also won state award for his role in that movie. I have seen that movie, Its really a classic. They are defenitely better than cleche bollywood stuff. I hate them.
