first 3 months i.e. first trimester..not first 3 weeks some other schools of thought say 40 days it is dislikd unless there is danger to the mother, but majority of scholars agree that it is the same as murder if done after teh first trimester.

120 days=4months....after this it is completely forbidden according to the majority of scholars. You are right....abortion is only allowed if it is a danger to the mother....from my understanding.
