Please list the words and deeds of the PM and president in the immediate aftermath or even weeks after the incident. isn’t it shameful that while the whole world knew what had happened it was total silence from these two. They are the head of the govt and the nation elected them not the military. yes kiyani is to be condemned on this incident but you can hardly say they are innocents because they simply did not pretend to be “outraged”. Probably they were not because they were more concerned about their bountiful booties being cut off by America than the hurt of the nation.

Zardari never ever leaves the presidency except when he has to go on foreign visits. His speeches are a tamasha, a national embarrassment. The less said about Gilani, the better. Not that their idiotic speeches matter greatly (we know there is little substance in their speeches anyway) but surely one of them should have taken the nation into confidence right after the OBL incident.

For all his shortcomings, Musharraf atleast had the guts and confidence to face the nation (right after the Lal Mosque Operation) and the world media (after BB’s assassination)
