So to summarize:
A dead Asian male (sort of politician), NOT from India, Pakistan, China or the Middle East or any other country beginning with "B", NOT Muslim, died within the 20th to 21st century, did NOT die of natural causes, nor was he killed by a relative.
Three hints given by Arli - Asia is more than "only" India, Pakistan, China, Japan , Korie etc......................." - so the person may be from a country other than these. In fact he suggests we should specifically think of the following countries which might be relevant:
Philippine, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka.
Take out Bhutan, based on the earlier answer that the country does not begin with B. So that leaves Sri Lanka or Phillipines as the best options.

I intitially thought about King Birendra, but the answer to one of the questions: was he killed by a relative negates that possibility.

I’m just thinking out loud and am probably TOTALLY wrong - but the aircraft hint makes me think some leader who threatened Emirates right to fly certain routes in the country or whose “AIRCRAFT” threatened Emirates airlines in some way?
