No, I dont think any of the Muslims are extremists. Most extremists in India are Hindu.

Ofcourse, the reason why Indian Muslims are so different from mainstream Muslims is because they have beaten into submisssion by their Hindu masters. If they didnt conform to the Indian model of a Muslim, they would be far more vocal and outspoken in defending their fellow Muslims.
Having lived in India with other religious groups, Indian Muslims are much more tolerant of other faiths and can live peacefully with them without having the “jehadi” mentality. Obviously, this is a concept that you cannot grasp. 
As for whether Muslims overall are extremists or not, you just need to take a look at the terrorist acts that have taken place worldwide over the last 50-100 years. You will find that 9 out of 10 are the work of Muslims. That say a lot !!

Pakistan has very few minorities. As a ratio of the over all population, we have very few.
India has far larger minority numbers. So for India not to have minority beaurocrats would be far worse and far more condemnable.
Take a deep breath, and calm down. India exagerates things far out of proportion. Examne the situation of your minorities honestly and without a bias, and you will see for yourself.
I checked data it's around 3-4% minority and India has 20% now show me one fifth numebr of minority india has in top bureacratic legislative position..
