Yes there are several separatist movements in India as well as in Pakistan. Punjab after green revolution became rich and if Khalistan movement was not crushed, Punjab would have also demanded separation.

Except Pakistan acknowledges that every other state in India belongs with India. We don’t question Indian sovereignty in Punjab. it’s only in Kashmir that the Indian state is illegally occupying the state.
