hahaha you are talking as if we are not debating but actual negotiators. Man, I don’t want secession or demand or support for Baluchistan, Wajiristan, Sindhudesh, FATA or any separatist movement in Pakistan. Pt Nehru went to UN to avoid large scale war between two newly born States else instrument of accession was already signed. Disputed territory are those territory where Nations claim their right. You have heard about disputed borders. There are several disputed lands, and countries shows them in their map and claim, it’s their territory. India shows whole of J&K in map and Pakistan shows whole of J&K in her map.

it’s simple, Baluchistan is an internationaly recognized part of Pakistan while Kashmir is not recognized as being part of India.

Pakistan OFFICIAL position is that Kashmir is unsettled, and thus not part of Pakistan. India OFFICIAL position is that Kashmir is a part of India. Maps in Pakistan generally reflect this reality. Indian maps show Kashmir as part of india, and you can be arrested for sedition for making a map that says otherwise.
