You didn’t read my comment that they also attack and kill civilians. And you don’t call the them terrorists. United jihad council, the umbrella organization of these groups which is declared terrorist by India, USA and UN but you don’t call them terrorist.

Anyone attacking civilians we define as terrorists… I don’t support their means, but the cause is just.
