So long as Wani isn’t attacking civilians, he isn’t a terrorist now is he… Who r the terrorists in Kashmir? if your home were surrounded by a foreign military force which has the legal authority to murder you or anyone u know with impunity, arrest u and torture u till your crippled, and you have no legal or political means to defend yourself, you would feel rather terrorized now wouldn’t you.

So those who joined terrorist groups and haven’t killed any civilian are not terrorists, just wow. And it’s not like that these groups have not killed civilians be them Kashmiri Pundits or Mumbai attack victims or casualties in other attacks. Foreign military force? it’s the same military who helped them in flood in 2014, govt spent more that US $ 270 million besides other assistance and Kashmir is legally annexed to India by instrument of accession unlike some hook or crook method like training and equipping “Kabailis” with Arms and sending them for looting and capturing cities.
