Pakistans fault is in poor planning and resorting to war… Just cause, poor strategy.
But I dont see how anything could justify India not allowing the people of Kashmir their rights.
The trouble in Kashmir started soon after partition, but everything went to hell after the rigging of the 1989 elections. It was compounded by Indians sending in thousands of soldiers, with little or no oversight to put down an uprising and in the process committing horrendous human rights violations, which continue to this day.
