^ interesting combination! forest green with the pink stones......:) well lots of times older lines r so great that new ones can never compare. Like the new Umar Sayyed comtemporary line, in my opinion, is no wherenear as delicate and graceful as the older one:)

sumo, i think there have been pictures posted of that dress somewhere... but i recall it being emerald green with some sort of a grey-ish color... maybe it was a grey-pink...? they're in bridal pics somewhere.

That's so true Umar Sayeed's old collection is still the best... anyone seen Usman Dittu's work? I saw a very pretty aqua and multi-color lehnga of his in a mag.. he has really nice cuts.

^one of my aunts got a bridal lehnga from him a couple of yrs ago. i definitely did not like it. actually no one in my family did either.

i absolutely love karma designs and their customer service, i had only a couple of weeks for to have something made for a wedding, all the other designers were uncooperative and said its too little time to do anything…i went to karma and they were sooo professional, they even asked me my budget, totally worked within it, gave me great ideas that would suit my height and figure and did not just dump me with something off-the-rack…the end result, beautiful and worth every penny! thought i’d share my expereince on this thread
